Robin Hordon Sabotages April Gallop's Lawsuit

With the freakiest affidavit I've ever read.

I, Robin Dirk Hordon, declare, under the penalty of perjury:

That I am a former Air Traffic Controller [ATC] who worked at the Boston ARTCC [Air Route Traffic Control Center] located in Nashua, NH; and further, that I worked the specific airspace in which American Airlines flight Eleven [AA11] went off course and showed signs of an in-flight emergency before being considered a hijacked aircraft on September 11, 2001.

Note that he does not specify when he was an ATC; the answer is during the Carter and first Reagan Administration. Note as well the curious focus on AA11 in that opening paragraph. Do I have to mention that AA11 has nothing to do with the Pentagon attack, which is the focus of Gallop's lawsuit?

Hordon, like all "Truthers" uses alleged only when referring to non-controversial aspects of 9-11:

...an 85-88-minute delay in scrambling/intercept response for UA93 before its alleged crash (or its shootdown) in Shanksville, PA.

According to the U.S. Military and the FBI, the eastbound high-speed target eventually noticed by Danielle O’Brien as it entered her airspace at Dulles Tower-Potomac TRACON was AA77, based upon hard evidence allegedly found at the Pentagon crash site.

At any rate, with friends like these, April Gallop has no need for enemies

I agree it's about the freakiest affidavit I've ever read too. I was asked to review this several months ago and it pissed me off so much I said I could hardly read it, let alone review it.

The lawyer Bill Veale managed to edit it into some kind of coherence before it was filed. I believe the April Gallop lawsuit has been dismissed, though. Am I wrong about that?

I met Robin Hordon in August 2006 when he approached my 9/11 table in Oakland saying he intended soon to go public for 9/11 Truth. He was a very big, very good-looking man. My co-tabler talked to him for about an hour and was much impressed.

I think it was the winter of 2006/2007 that Hordon came to a meeting of the truth alliance in San Francisco, visiting from Seattle. He made some anti-semitic remarks and I've always been ashamed that I didn't speak up at the time.

To Brian Good:

I know Robin Hordon and have never heard him make any statements that could be categorized as racist in any way. Would you care to elaborate on what it is you are referring to?

This all reminds me of Kevin Ryan's lawsuit. You know, the "I'm suing my employer for wrongful termination because 9-11 was an inside job and here's a bunch of emails from Richard Gage that prove it" lawsuit.

It's just another meaningless legal maneuver the Twoofkiddies can run around the internet saying hasn't been debunked. Can't you just hear them now? "Why can't you weasely and pathetic debunker cult answer the Robin Hordon testimony in the April Gallop lawsuit, boyos?"

Boris, I'm pretty sure that was in the winter of 2006/2007. Hordon came to the San Francisco meeting and reported that he'd had to use strongarm tactics to clean up the scene in Seattle. I think he assumed that we'd all know what he was talking about. I supposed it had something to do with the Judy Wood fans up there, but I didn't know.

He then made derogatory remarks about Jews. I don't remember the nature or the context, whether he was complaining about the "Jewish-controlled media" or he was talking about Israeli participation in 9/11 but called it "Jewish participation". I do remember that whatever he said made me quite ashamed that I didn't speak up.

Brian comes out swinging - like a broken windmill. Lots of "I'm pretty sure" "I think" and "I don't know" but still a decent round. Boris counters with his usually blah, blah, and blah.

LM, sorry, I didn't take an audio recorder to the meeting, nor did I take notes. All in all, since it was so ugly I just wanted to forget it. What did you have for dinner on August 23, 2006?

Brian, You hurt Krazees feelings. Clearly you didn't get the memo that there are no anti-semites in the truth movement period. None.

Ah, so very polite, so very understanding...okay, bets on how long before it collapses into a screaming, hair-pulling, bitch-slapping frenzy?

There are obviously no more anti-Semites in the "truth" movement than there are in the bird watching clique or the trouser ressing milieu. To say otherwise is ridiculous.Fact is,there are millions of "truthers" and start extrapolating from there when you drag out three lunatics to make your case...And Senor Good,I've met Robin Hordon a couple of times and spoken with him, here in NYC and believe me,he's not a quiet or shy guy and he offered up a lot of activist testimony and his strategy in getting the word out. There was nothing remotely racist or bigoted or Jew hating about anything he did or said.Indeed he offers much wisdom and expertise. We wouldn't have spent 23 seconds with him if he was a Jew hater.Your Boy Bri has completely crashed his catamaran on the rocks with this demonstrable lie.Find one other person and bring him forward, you spineless Bozo.

You must feel strongly enough about this antisemitism business to write coherently! I knew you could do it. I'll admit the Jew-baiting is a bit absurd sometimes and as far as the 9-11-truth movement is a subset of the larger conspiracy theorist movement, the former is less obsessed with Jewish cabals than the latter. But you have to admit, Walt (is that even your name?) that the Jews are disproportionately blamed for every crime under the sun by many conspiracy folks, especially in Europe and the Middle-east (though that is hardly surprising). Haven't you ever read the comment section on infowars.com?

And don't tell me infowars.com isn't representative of conspiracy cirlces. It's the most popular alternative news site on the web.

Arhoolie, your "he didn't say it to me so he didn't say it to you," syllogism is irrational. Maybe he's cleaned up his act since 2006. Maybe he was trolling us to see who would bite. He said what he said.
